To serve our Landlord clients, we like to understand both your short and long term goals for the property. Then, we run a market analysis and identify leasing comps for the property in its specific Oklahoma City submarket. Finally, we create a leasing strategy specific to your property. Our agents utilize 3 main methods of identifying potential tenants: traditional (signage, flyers, etc.), digital, and rolling up our sleeves to go after potential tenants who fit the space.
